Partnering with ACS Medihealth is a pleasure. It really makes my job easier when the vendor understands the entire project and end goal, instead of just the product they are supplying. The combination of high-quality service and fair prices sets ACS apart for us
— Joe Farr, RN Clinical Applications Coordinator King’s Daughters Medical Center Brookhaven, MS

We have been a proud partner of ACS MediHealth for over 24 years. Like MEDITECH, ACS MediHealth has been a long standing leader in the healthcare IT industry by driving new technologies and providing superior services. We share many of the same values including a strong commitment to our customers, ensuring we never stop until our clients are fully satisfied. I highly recommend ACS MediHealth for those clients searching for a true partnership and not just another vendor.
— Larry O'Toole, Associate Vice President, MEDITECH

We were looking for ways to increase productivity and efficiency for our Lab staff. After reaching out to another vendor with little to no response we found ACS MediHealth. The ACS MediHealth team was helpful and prompt to respond to our inquiries and even helped with demo units to test with MEDITECH, our EHR. We implemented handheld devices with mobile printers for our Phlebotomist and have seen significant improvement in our processes for positive patient identification using the handheld device and barcode scanning on the patient wristband. We now have the ability to print and label specimens at the bedside reducing mislabeling risks as well. Since implementing the Lab handhelds we have started researching using handhelds in other areas of the hospital as well like Materials Management and nursing for Bedside Medication Verification.
— Casey Gable, Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center
